There is so much Hello Kitty stuff out there I don’t know where to start! The nice thing about throwing a Hello Kitty party is, you can buy practically anything you want off-the-shelves and still be theme specific. Have you seen Birthday Express and Party City’s collections? Wow. Just wow.
I probably would not have every single party item with a kitty face on it myself, but that’s for you to decide. One giant kitty face for a nice game of “Pin the Bow on the Kitty” would be fun though. Check this one out- SO cute!
A cute Kitty lantern I think would be a must. Our little owl friend needs a mate don’t you think? And Hello Kitty headbands look easy enough to make.
I love the idea of using blue and pink poms, but I also like the idea of using balloons or Chinese lanterns. Any way you go it’s a win-win as far as cost-effectiveness goes.
This table tutu is super cute too! Now, since the table is wearing a tutu, Kali would not (GASP!) I know! I’m breaking the mold. I love this outfit though. It’s so cute, and definitely screams Birthday Girl
Let’s talk food for a brief moment- Hello Kitty sandwiches anyone? No? Howbout a Hello Kitty cake pop?
I think real Hello Kitty approves
So excited to see what Kali picks! On a side note- I booked my first wedding planning gig! (well second if you count my own). I’m sooooooooooo excited I already have lists galore. I’ll keep you updated for sure, our first business/planning meeting is Thursday! Wish me luck!
wher can I find pink and purple and blue lanterns?
ReplyDeleteI love these at Party City (http://www.partycity.com/product/disney+princess+paper+lanterns+3ct.do?refType=&from=Search&navSet=paper%20lanterns&bypass_redirect=1) And Oriental Trading has some great ones too (http://www.orientaltrading.com/neon-colors-party-lanterns-a2-3_8941.fltr?prodCatId=551273) I'm sorry I didn't see this comment sooner! I hope that helps
